SKPG Fine Arts: Art Education was created by an art teacher with 16 years experience teaching preschool through high school art. Concerns about disappearing art programs in schools coupled with current research supporting the importance of the arts for the future success of our students prompted the creation of this site.
The purpose of this web site is to provide another source of art education including basic information, links to other helpful sites, introduction to past and contemporary artists, and art lessons. Hopefully, students, artists and art educators can all find something of interest!
